The all new DX-Series 90-160kW oil-free rotary screw air compressors builds upon CompAir’s proven and robust design to provide unparalleled energy efficiency.
These compressors are fully configurable with continuous 100% oil-free air as per ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 0, to meet the most demanding applications. The DX-Series offers an optimised total package for the lowest total operating cost with Class Zero Air – zero risk, zero waste and zero problems.

The DX series features an all new two-stage airend designed to deliver best-in-class energy efficiency and flow, with exceptional reliability and quieter operation.
Rotors are coated with UltraCoat to reduce wear and tear, provide energy savings, and increase longevity.
The rotors of the second stage are additionally made out of stainless steel as an additional protection against any kind of corrosion.
The DX-Series incorporates an integral Power Breather, which creates a vacuum to efficiently remove vapor from the lubrication circuit. Air and lubricant are then separated by a coalescing filter and the separated lubricant is recirculated to the reservoir.
Generously sized and designed for 4,000 hours, the high-efficiency air filter not only delivers exceptional filtration abilities, but also provides a real-time indication of change-out requirements.
Optimised radial fan design ensures the package stays cool while minimising power consumption and reducing noise levels.
Radial fans, also called blowers, create more static pressure than axial fans to ensure the heat leaves the package and allows for ducting hot air away from the package.
